About Us

My Story
There was a time when I dragged myself out of bed every morning, relying on caffeine and take-out just to get through the day. I knew it wasn’t healthy, and honestly—I was exhausted from feeling exhausted.

Last year, I decided I was tired of being tired. I wanted more energy, better nutrition, and to simply feel better in my day-to-day life.

That’s when a friend introduced me to Shaklee nutrition, starting with a strong foundation—a quality multivitamin and protein. I committed to giving it 30 days.

By the end of that month, I not only felt better, I noticed a real difference in my energy and overall well-being. I was able to give more of myself to the things that matter most to me—my family, my hobbies, and my involvement in my community. I was finally able to show up as my best self.

Now, I help others find a nutrition plan that fits their life and supports how they want to feel every day.
